Meggie Hawthorne is a Southern California native and Ventura County resident of nearly 20 years. Before transitioning into real estate, she built a successful career as a national sales account manager in the medical field, earning President’s Club recognition year after year. That experience laid a strong foundation in high-level sales strategy, negotiation, and exceptional client service—skills she brings to every real estate transaction.
Meggie’s passion for real estate was born from her own experience purchasing her first home in Ventura in her mid-20s. Recognizing the long-term impact of homeownership, she obtained her real estate license in 2016 and quickly distinguished herself through her work ethic, market knowledge, and commitment to her clients. In fact, she famously sold her husband’s primary residence on their wedding day—proof of her dedication and love for the business.

Together with her husband, a veteran firefighter with the Ventura County Fire Department, Meggie has personally invested in the local market, including the purchase of their waterfront boat dock home in Channel Islands Harbor. Her firsthand experience as both a homeowner and investor gives her clients valuable perspective when navigating complex buying and selling decisions.
From 2016 to 2021, Meggie operated as an independent REALTOR®, consistently ranking among the top-producing agents in Ventura County. During that time, she earned the distinction of #1 Top Producing Agent in Ventura, California with Keller Williams Realty. Her strong client reviews on Yelp and Google reflect her reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and results.
In 2022, Meggie partnered with Terri Davis to form the Davis Hawthorne Group, uniting their complementary expertise and shared values. Together, they are recognized as one of the top real estate groups in Ventura County with Keller Williams Realty, known for their strategic guidance, clear communication, and unwavering advocacy for their clients.
